INDIGENOUS FINANCIAL LITERACY
Stó:lō and Indigenous womxn who live in the Stó:lō traditional territory are invited to an event, hosted in partnership with Vancity. This virtual zoom workshop is designed to build skills and confidence to support the needs of Indigenous peoples in a culturally sensitive way.
At the 2023 Stó:lō Womxn's Gathering, having financial literacy was identified as a need by Stó:lō Womxn. We know our concept of wealth has and continues to be disrupted. This workshop is a response to reclaiming, restoring and revitalizing our relationship with money.
